For a long time, Christians have seemed to be unaware of the profound importance and simplicity of secular humanism. This lack of understanding has been very costly and damaging to the Christian church. Actually, secular humanism began in the Garden of Eden, because it is about the authority of the Bible, the Word of God. There are only two basic religions in the world. One is God centered, the other is man centered. The choices are limited to ("one God") creationism, or ("all God") pantheism.

In pantheism, nature (the creation) is God, and this has come about through the supposed process of evolution, involving no beginning, no first cause. In the concept of evolution, nature evolves everything upward and finally the human being emerges as the supreme product of the process. Thus, God the creator, is unnecessary, and can be considered as non existent or a made up idea. Man then sees no need for God the Creator, and so worships himself as God. This is humanism. Since secular means worldly, you can easily grasp the concept of secular humanism. This whole scenerio results from a denial of the authority of the Word of God. When we teach our students there is no truth, and there are no absolutes the result is a direct slide into secular humanism.

Biblical Christianity is founded on the truth that there is only one God and that He is both the Creator and Redeemer of the world, and that we have His revelation of Himself in the Bible.

People believe in evolution in spite of the clear evidence that there is no scientific process that has ever been discovered to deliver it, there are no records of it in the past, there are no experiments to demonstrate it, it would contradict the basic laws of science, and is an insult to common sense.

I have been asked why is this so important to me as a scientist. Good question. The answer is that we are teaching this secular humanism in our schools, this religion is being taught with our tax money, and being done where the law forbids the teaching of religion. What are the results of teaching this secular humanism? The results are what would be expected from removing Godly influence and moral restraint from our world. If the authority of the Bible is a joke, then right and wrong do not exist, and lawlessness becomes normal.

Abortion? Why not, if babies are only evolved animals? Drug culture? Why not, if you enjoy it? Pornography? Why not, if man is in charge, and a majority approve? Racism? Why not, if some races are not evolving as you think they should. Occultism? Why not, if you wish, just worship whatever pleases you? Suicide? Why not, if there is no God, just end it all if you are unhappy? Dictatorship? Why not, if man has evolved then man may know what is best for others? Homosexuality? Why not, if men are simply evolved animals they should be able to do what they want to do with sex? Euthanasia? Why not, we don't need to be bothered with useless old folks, the retarded and on and on the list goes.

Notice how often during the next week you will see reference in the media to millions and billions of years ago, Jurassic Park themes, star wars and people from other galaxies.

Remember the purpose of creation science is to strengthen your faith, to remove evolutionary thinking from the church (science falsely so called), and to restore the authority of the word of God. "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge."
