Genesis 3:20 "And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living." (This scripture lets us know that evolution did not occur, because if it had then Eve would have had a mother from which she had evolved.)
John 5:46,47 "For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. But if ye believe not his writings how shall ye believe my words." (These are the words of Jesus, and He is putting approval on Moses writings which include the Genesis account of creation out of nothing in six literal days.)
Mark 10:15 "Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein." (These too are the words of Jesus. Without the evolutionary denial of the creation account of origins, the gospel becomes childishly simple and hence this scripture.)
1 Peter 3:15 "-- be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear." (This is not a suggestion, but a command to defend the gospel against Satan's evolutionary religion.)
1 Corinthians 2:14 "The natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him; neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned." (The natural man accepts only what he can see, smell, touch, taste and hear with his natural senses; he will not accept any evidence of creation ex nihilo no matter what evidence is presented. Did you ever stop to think that Jesus Christ himself was unable to get more than a handful of people to believe who He was, even with all the evidence He presented. To me, this explanation covers the next scripture, also.)
Matthew 7:13,14 "Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." (He is the Creator ex nihilo, redeemer, and savior. How can we know we need redeeming and saving if we don't understand we have wronged our Creator and are separated from Him when we enter the world in our natural condition?)
Exodus 20:11 "For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day and hallowed it." (With this clear scripture verifying the Genesis account of creation, I find it amazing that Christian seminaries can continue to teach theistic evolution to their students.)
